Acesse Maps Are Coming

Posted by Steve Renner as Acesse, Search Engine Marketing

The acesse.com Search Engine crew has teamed up with some great developers from the UK to create the new Acesse Maps. The new Maps will have all the standard functionality as Bing Maps including the highly popular “Birds Eye” view.

Developed in partnership with Earthware, one of the leading experts in interactive web based mapping solutions. Earthware uses the latest mapping technology, including Microsoft Bing Maps and Google Earth, to create compelling visual experiences.

Acesse will provide it’s customers the same great Map experience they can get from Google or Bing. We will also use the new Maps in the V-Local Business Directory.

Another great feature of the new Acesse Maps is the Featured Listings. Advertisers will be able to highlight their business on Acesse Maps. When customers search for products and services by location, your business will Stand Out.

This is an exciting new feature and a Milestone in the development of Acesse!

It is the another wonderful creation from Google. I found it is very much useful for getting directions and distance for travelers. The information about the direction contains like take left, take right so that travelers wont get confused.

I do give credit to the dress up of @cesse.com for St. Patricks Day, what cute little bunch of green leaves, from an artist eye I’ll say it certainly beats Googles’s on this day.

Okay, first of all, everyone needs to be silent about their search engines. Google won the search engine race a long time ago. It’s over. Everyone has admitted defeat by using practically the exact same…

I’ll have to agree with the guy above me. Accesse always has beautiful themes for those special holidays. Sometimes it beats Google’s. Not that often, though.

Well, anyways…. my cup of coffee needs me. Going to read another article.

I just tried the map that you showed us right now and I love it. Because I was a huge fan of the bing map and the birds eye view and now I am going to get directions here.

I do like the bird’s eye view that the MSN maps have. Google maps are still my map of choice for most things, especially if I’m creating a custom map.

This is interesting but as a standard we add Google Maps for our clients when we design and build their web sites as is is so widely used. It will be interesting to see this when it is released to see how it could be used as an alternative mapping service.
