Adlink CEO Says No Trouble

Posted by Steve Renner as Online Advertising, V-Local

Now this gets really interesting, since we posted Local AdLink In Trouble, Sir Linksalot has answered the critics stating there is No Trouble and this is only the ramblings of a few “Goofballs” out to discredit his Kingdom, comparing his company to Amazon who has been heavily in debt for years, and urges his subjects to get out and Sell Sell Sell…

Dear Brand Builders and Account Executives:
I wanted to personally address some of the recent negative press that has been
posted online about LocalAdLink this week. I can assure you that the company is in the best position it has ever been in and is poised for greatness. We are close to our official launch in June, where we will unveil new software upgrades both to LocalAdLink.com and the back-office systems we have created for all of our Brand Builders and Account Executives. These are exciting times and with your continued efforts, LocalAdLink posted a record week of growth.

LocalAdLink is a division of Beyond Commerce, Inc. a publicly traded company (Stock Symbol: BYOC) and as such, we are required to post externally-audited financial statements. These documents are published for all to see - there are no secrets - everything is in plain view and I am proud of what we have accomplished in such a short period of time.

But there are goofballs out there who either don’t understand our business or have motives to try and harm the business…so let me make a few things clear. The information posted online is our 2008 end of year financials - these are four and half months old. Remember LocalAdLink did not even start until mid-November, so only 6 weeks of LocalAdLink information is in the filing.  Also, Beyond Commerce has raised money through both equity and debt. when you look at the financial statements, you must realize that the debt is converted to stock at a predetermined price - we’ve converted over 2 Million Dollars in debt in the last 90 days.

We continue to build a strong company that will benefit all our independent sales representatives and also provide great value to our share holders. So next time you see something negative posted, ask yourself, what are the motives behind this? Is the person trying to harm the company, as he works for a competitor? Are they trying to post information to drive the stock price down and short-sell in the marketplace? or Are they simply trying to have you visit their website to increase traffic and advertising revenue? There are over 45,000 Brand Builders and Account Executives in LocalAdLink, so don’t let a few GOOFBALLS that don’t have a clue what they are talking about, try to spoil all of YOUR hard work.  Keep in mind that Amazon.com lost billions of dollars
for over 7 years before they ever made a penny of earnings… and most of their
financings were DEBT!

KEEP SELLING ADS!

Regards,

Robert McNulty
Chairman & CEO

Well lets hope he’s right, we would like to see them do well. Being in the Local Advertising space with our own V-Local Business Directory this can only help the entire industry.
