I have been a very satisfied customer for nearly 15 months now. Despite the hiccups at the beginning, I have been very pleased with the services from iNetGlobal, particularly the hosting (which is so much better than my previous provider) and the autoresponder services. Please bring back the linking services, as they were really great too, and I miss them!

Going forward, I think it would be great to have more “induction” training in the back office to help new members get started in the business. And also, with the leads sign-ups in the back office, it would be great if we could see their email address as well as their name, so we can get in touch with them.

1 May be building couple sites with rich trainning contents ,audios,videos, and power point slides for trainning purposes, this way we can eliminate lot of problems from members calling in to jam our customer service.

2 How about some incentives for people using the acesse search engine, so we can get more traffic ,people not going to use access because of google domination. and there is no chinese search reference there either.

3 People are weak in using our products ,,most of them only know basic operation of our back office , they do not know how to put up their ads, are we gonna have some products trainning like v-local, v-webs, v-mail, and v-shop………

4 I check v-train section a lot , i still can access to most of the multi-media content ,what is going on there?

5 How about our customers service and our server problems,i do not think they been well-trained ,most of them probably not familiar with the company products and not able to solve the problems effectively and timely, the server issues has been frustration going on with the members. they been told me that if we are a 12 years mature company ,we should be mature with our server development, many confusions………

6 our referral program cashclub is been ignored by most of our members ,i think it is a good program for us to save money and make money , are we gonna to emphasize that little bit in your weekly webinar.
