MLM Watchdog Rips ASD

Posted by Steve Renner as Home Based Business, Internet Marketing

Rod Cook’s MLM Watchdog, Rips Ad Surf Daily (ASD) aka Ad Cash Generator as a WEB SURF PONZI - PYRAMID. ASD is the program that has been sweeping the Internet Marketing Community.

MLM Watchdog

Cook, who is well respected voice in the MLM community had this to say “It is my opinion that a lot of people are going to get burned in this AD SURF DAILY auto - ad surf deal”

Cook Describes The 3 Ways:

  1. Lose money because you are already too late to get in on the top of the scam.
  2. The government always grabs the database has been nailing top money earners and being mean because they turn names over to the IRS.
  3. Your name gets added to those secret government databases of people to “watch.

“This deal has a good disguise on the front end…. but is going to end up on the rocks! Run! - Rod” Looks like there could be trouble ahead for ASD.

ASD Filed a 10 Million dollar law suit against http://www.mlmwatchdog.com and it\’s owner Harold Cook 2410 Cinco Woods San Antonio, TX 78259

Internet Chat Forums are filled with Rumors, Gossips, and Opinions (including this one)…

What every person need to determine when going through all the Posts and comments is to answer this question: Is this statement a FACT or an OPINION.

You\’ll find that the overwhelming number of statements made about ASD are Opinions not grounded on any real facts…and if you ask the person making the statement to provide real factual data to support their statements, they will typically ignore your request and move on to the next \"Opinion Statement\".

ASD\’s Chief Counsel Attorney Robert Garner has put out on the web a for the Public a Legality Statement that EVERYONE can read, including every Regulatory Agency in the USA and Abroad, the FBI, CIA, …available to EVERYONE…

Robert Garner has a Law Office and is online:

http://www.garnerlawoffice.com/

If you go Online to his Law Office, it is VERY CLEAR that he is a SEC Attorney, who have clients in multiple locations including outside the USA.

SO…ask yourself this question:

You have a real life Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Attorney who has his Law Firm\’s Reputation on the Line (www.garnerlawoffice.com) making a Public Statement to support ASD\’s Legality that EVERYONE (EVERY ATTORNEY, JUDGE, FBI AGENTS) can read.

Does it make sense that a SEC Attorney put his whole Law Firm\’s Reputation, Credibility, and Potential Jail time over a well known PONZI SCHEME as some ASD Basher\’s have claimed?

Who has more credibility?

The Published legal statement of a SEC Attorney putting his Law Firm\’s Credibility and Reputation on the Table or the \"Expert Legal Opinions\" of ASD Bashers on the Discussion Forums?

So the next time you read a person\’s OPINION that \"ASD is a PONZI Scheme\" or ASD is \"Illegal Scam\", ask them a few questions such as this:

If ASD is an \"Illegal SCAM\" then either:

A) Robert Garner is either an idiot SEC Attorney who have no clue what a Ponzi scheme is (but does business with the SEC)…or

B) Robert Garner is intentionally and purposely part of this SCAM and is putting his Law Firm\’s Reputation and Law Career out there with an \"Illegal ASD Legality Statement\" for every Judge, FBI, and Regulatory Agency to SHUT DOWN and land him in Jail.

Would they choose Choice A or Choice B?

In addition to this why would Bank of America have ASD as a client?

This is what you have to determine. Fact or Fiction, or just maybe you want to ride your entire business on negativity and the result from it. I prefer facts and the truth not rumor or unsubstantiated options.

Hi Jim,
Wow what a great comment! Thanks for posting all of this great information in about ASD. While Mr Cook is entitled to his opinion, it’s good to see there is support out there for ASD.

Jim, what proof do you have about Mr. Garner other than what Mr. Garner has provided? I encourage everyone who reads Jim’s post to go surf Mr. Garner’s website. It is poorly constructed and amateurish. Yes. I believe that Mr. Garner is an attorney licensed to practice law in NC. That’s easily verifiable. If Mr. Garner is all that much of an SEC attorney why not post an address for a physical office? Come on, if you find his address in the white pages for Greensboro all you find is a residential address. Although it is my conjecture here, it appears that Mr. Garner does not have an office outside of his physical residence and no support staff either. The website was designed by his wife, as evidenced that “googling” turning wheel web design brings up his wife’s website.

My point here is that the person that ASD tells me to trust as a legal point of reference raises more questions than answers to me.

Jim, ask yourself this, would you trust an attorney to draft your will and be the executor of your estate, determining how your children would be cared for if you and your wife died together, if he had no presence and no verifiable clients that could vouch for his character?

Do yourself a favor, google Mr. Robert Garner, Atty at Law in Greensboro, NC and see how many hits you come up with that are not tied directly to ASD. You won’t find enough to evaluate his character or his story. Be wary.

Any “cash generator” has to suck value from somewhere. Whether it’s technically illegal or just ethically dubious wouldn’t matter to me, personally.

In the end Andy Bowdoin will make a ton of cash and some others will undoubtedly make money as well but it will be unsustainable.

I just stumbled across this site because a friend of mine invested $50k into this thing. I imagine if you like Click Bank and you like domain monetization and, undoubtedly, if you think there’s nothing wrong with mass email then you won’t have a problem with ASD.

I’ll keep my values intact and continue to try to put value into the system and the rest of you can continue to try to steal it. I’ve already seen this in the millions of dollars my former company wasted fighting spam. Good luck.

Hi David,
I’m not sure I understand your comments here. But is sounds like you are basically saying that you don’t have a problem with ASD.

OK, so that sounds positive.

Hey Bill,
Thanks for the comments, I wonder if Mr Garner would like to comment here about this?

I don\’t think that\’s exactly what I\’m saying :-)

I have a problem with marketing rackets that generate cash without providing value. For example, I think domain monetization adds no value. I can find what I\’m looking for without a DM page. In fact, IMHO, it\’s HTTP spam. It makes the Internet less valuable for me (by some small amount) and probably lowers Internet ad conversion rates. It also increases unnecessary traffic — on a large scale, does this make a difference?

I don\’t think ASD can survive on real marketing dollars. I think it must survive by catering to those things that can afford to be very low conversion because they\’re high margin: ebooks, penis enlargement, whatever. The things that, because they\’re high margin, mostly rely on uneducated or lazy consumers (a.k.a. \"the victims\").

I\’m just not a fan. I was looking at this Google Nemesis thing yesterday. Apparently it optimizes Adwords spends to get higher returns from Clickbank ads. Is it illegal? Probably not. Then I looked at the ads that Clickbank sells. Does it sell microwaves or toasters or telephones? No. It sells crap. Crap that the world can do without. High margin things (\"Run your car on water,\" Kevin Trudeau stuff) that are either a complete waste of the consumers\’ money or can be obtained elsewhere for free with the tiniest bit of research.

Do I believe ASD is a \"scam?\" Maybe not. Do I think it\’s a racket that deteriorates our society. Big \"YES.\"

Looks like the judge rejected the demand to get back in business right now but I believe 8 of the 10 charges have been dropped. I have not heard from anyone yet on the defense counsel’s response. This could drag on for years even if ASD were to be found clean.

If the last two charges end up being dropped ASD could be back in business.

Thanks for the update Wayne! There are lots of ASD fans that will be glad to hear this good news!

I don’t think it’s fair to call all MLM or so-called network marketing opportunities as scams. There are legits out there, some of which I’m a member of and earning some decent residual income from.

Wow, there sure is the full range of opinions on this topic. I think you are all right. There are some legitimate MLMs, and some scams. To the people that claim no value, what value does my local Safeway add to a product? Does it come to a persons home, at their convenience, and show them the product? Or does the local Safeway depend on the product having already had it’s adds blasted at us on television so that we buy them? Which of those two methods adds more value to the consumer? Employing network marketing executives at the TV network and spending millions, or having a person who knows the product in their home?

Having read all the posts on this topic it still boils down to the fact that a person has to decide whether it is all fact or opinion like a previous post stated. However this makes for very interesting reading!
